In March 2023, the company completed a shareholder restructuring and relocated its registered headquarters from Changshan County, Quzhou City to Bihu Town, Liandu District, Lishui City, Zhejiang Province. With a registered capital of RMB 5 million, the company operates under the legal representative Ms. Xia Yimiao and owns the registered trademark “Xiaxing.”
